Our Ayurveda treatments and massages


A full body massage with warm oil. Focusing on the key pressure points it relaxes and nourishes the whole body and calms the mind. Rejuvenates the muscles and joints, eliminates toxins and impurities, and promotes good sleep.

Abhyanga & Swedana

A full body massage followed by 30 minutes in an enclosed steam box with medical leaves and roots to help the oils penetrate the body, as the body warms deep seated toxins are expelled via sweat. The Abhyanga and Swedana treatment reduces inflammation, muscle and joint pain, increases blood circulation, improves skin texture and relieves fatigue.

Shirodhara is an Ayurvedic therapy of slowly and steadily dripping medicated oil onto the forehead combined with a head and neck massage. The name comes from the two Sanskrit words ‘Shiro’ (head) and ‘dhara’ (flow). The rhythmic pouring of oil induces a relaxed state of awareness giving mental clarity and balance. The treatment reduces stress and anxiety.

Shiro Abhyanga

A head massage focusing on the pressure points in the head, shoulders and neck with the use of herbal oils. Deep relaxation and balancing, relief of pain and soreness in the neck and shoulder muscles helps ease tension, migraine and sleep issues.


Udwartana is an Ayurvedic therapeutic body scrub massage with dry warm herbal powders followed by a steam bath. Using specific strokes throughout the body the treatment improves metabolism, blood circulation, lymphatic drainage, fat metabolism and sluggishness. It provides an ease and feeling of wellbeing and revitalises the skin.


A foot massage combined with reflexology producing a reflective, soothing and invigorating effect on the internal organs and the body. The treatment soothes specific conditions, relieves hypertension, numbness of the feet and legs, headache and anxiety.

Pinda Sweda

An ago old therapy using warm oils and herbs in a cloth bag, gently massaging joints, muscles and tensions to relieve pain and inflammation. Soothing, detoxing and rejuvenating.
