At Living Heritage Koslanda we believe in providing the freshest and tastiest cuisine, and our kitchen creates delicious, varied and quality food to ensure all our guests consistently rave about their dining experiences. Breakfasts at Living Heritage Koslanda consist of traditional egg hoppers, pol roti and delicious sambols, fresh curd and kithul treacle, an array of fresh tropical fruits or full cooked English breakfasts.  

Our traditional Sri Lankan rice and curries are flavoursome and tangy, and guests are welcome to take part in a cooking class and learn the secrets of the spices that make Sri Lankan food so tasty.  There is a wide selection of western dishes, soups, salads and fresh herbs from our organic garden, special BBQ evenings can be arranged with fresh seafood and, of course, homemade desserts to die for!
